Silicone breaks down with daily use, cleaning products and movement in the building. Once it cracks, shrinks or lifts, water finds the gap every time the shower runs.

How We Repair Shower Leaks

We cut out all of the old silicone rather than sealing over it. The joints are then cleaned, any mould is treated, and the surface is dried before we apply a mould-resistant, neutral-cure silicone made for wet areas.

The result is a clean, even seal colour-matched to your tiles or fixtures. We’ll let you know how long to leave it before using the shower.

If we find the leak is coming from a failed membrane or broken tiles rather than the joints, we’ll tell you upfront. You won’t pay for a reseal that can’t fix the problem.
