Our sealing work targets the joints most likely to let water in:

Shower and bathroom resealing, including leaks caused by failed silicone
Laundry and kitchen joints around tubs, sinks, benchtops and splashbacks
Window and door perimeter sealing
External perimeter sealing around cladding, frames and penetrations
Expansion joint sealing for slabs, facades and commercial sites

Each joint is sealed with a product suited to where it is: mould-resistant silicone for wet areas, and flexible polyurethane for external and movement joints.

Sealant Waterproofing vs Membrane Waterproofing

Not every leak is a sealant problem. If water is getting through a failed membrane under the tiles, resealing the surface joints won’t stop it.

We specialise in sealant-based waterproofing and don’t install membranes or do tiling. If we look at your job and the problem sits below the surface, we’ll tell you straight away rather than sell you a reseal that won’t hold.
