Our Expansion Joint Sealing Process

We cut out the failed sealant and clean the joint faces back to a sound surface. Where needed, we prime the joint and install backing rod to the correct depth.

We then apply a flexible, movement-rated polyurethane or hybrid sealant and finish it to a clean, consistent profile. We plan the work around your site access so disruption is kept to a minimum.
